§ 22-26. Charge for repair permit.

A charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) per permit shall be levied by and be payable to the City of Eagle Pass at the time of issuance of each permit prescribed in section 22-25. Companies holding a franchise with the City of Eagle Pass for the use of street rights-of-way are exempt from the permit fee but must obtain a permit as required by this division. The Eagle Pass Water Works and Sewer Department are also exempt from payment of this fee.
