§ 22-28. Procedures for repairs of streets.

Upon completion of the utility work at the site, the utility company, including the City of Eagle Pass Water and Sewer System, shall repair the streets in accordance with the Street Cut Repair Standard Operating Procedures included in the Public Works Department's Construction Specifications Manual.
