The provisions of this division are cumulative of all other requirements and other
laws, including, without limitation, standard specifications for public works construction
plumbing and electrical codes, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Compliance with this code does not excuse compliance with any other law, and permittees
are additionally required to obtain any other permits, licenses, and authorizations
necessary to perform work under an issued permit.
