§ 22-61. Administration and enforcement of article.

Except as specifically reserved for the city council in this article, other ordinances or the City Charter, the responsibility for the administration and enforcement of this article shall be a function of the city manager, his authorized representative or any official of the city which he may designate. All designations of authorized representatives, officials, standards or policies of the city manager as may be provided in this article shall be filed with the city secretary and with copies thereof furnished to each applicant for a permit hereunder.
