§ 22-94. Request for reduced fee or waiver.

Any request for a reduced fee or waiver must be submitted in writing to the city manager, by an authorized representative of an event that has submitted a reservation to use or rent a city-owned building or facility.

(1)

The request for a fee reduction or waiver must include an address and contact information for the authorized representative of an event for the purpose of receiving notices.

(2)

No request shall be approved for a reduced fee or waiver pursuant to section 22-93 for any event that has already executed a city center rental agreement or written lease contract for the International Center for Trade with the city.

(3)

Any request for a reduced fee or waiver pursuant to section 22-93 must be on a form similar to the form at Exhibit A, and a completed form must be received by the city manager at least ninety (90) days prior to the proposed date of the event.
