Chapter 22. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES |
Article VI. USE OF CITY-OWNED BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES |
§ 22-95. Consideration of request.
The city manager may grant a request for a reduced fee or waiver only upon a written finding that the request meets at least the criteria set forth in sections 22-93 and 22-94 above. The city manager may reduce or waive up to one hundred (100) percent of the fee for the use of city-owned buildings, equipment, or facilities. In considering the request for a fee waiver or reduction in the fee, the city manager should consider charging an amount that would cover the city's personnel costs for the event. Within ten (10) days of the receipt of a request, the city manager shall provide a written notice of the decision to the applicant. No appeal may be taken from any denial of a request for a reduced fee or waiver. All events must be in compliance with the city's non-discrimination policy.
