§ 23-12. Severability.

(a)

The above and foregoing regulations are specifically designed as minimum standards for the protection of the health, welfare and property of the citizens within the corporate limits of the City of Eagle Pass and within its extraterritorial jurisdiction, and if any provision herein shall be deemed unconstitutional or invalid, such shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
