§ 27-127. Establishment of the water service area.

(a)

The water service area is established as shown on the service area map which is Exhibit A for this article.

(b)

The service areas shall be established consistent with any facility service area established in the CIP for the utility. Additions to the service area may be designated by the city council consistent with the procedure set forth in chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended, or any successor statute.
