§ 27-158. Wastewater capital recovery fees.

(a)

The maximum capital recovery fee values per service unit for wastewater facilities are hereby adopted and incorporated in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

(b)

The capital recovery fee values per service unit for wastewater facilities may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures in section 27-130.
