§ 27-207. Stormwater drainage utility service area.

The service area for the stormwater drainage utility fund shall include the corporate limits of the City of Eagle Pass, as altered from time to time in accordance with state law and the charter and ordinances of the city. Repairs and improvements to the stormwater drainage utility facilities shall be in accordance with established standards, policies, and schedules. The employees of the city's stormwater drainage utility services shall have access, at all reasonable times, to any properties served by the stormwater drainage utility services for inspection, repair or enforcement of this article.
