The city waterworks system is hereby authorized to serve as the entity to collect
the monthly stormwater drainage utility fee provided for in this article. Such fee
will be billed monthly in addition to other service charges of the city waterworks
system. In instances where several residential or commercial units, as defined in
this article, or a combination thereof, exist within one (1) lot or parcel of land,
each unit shall be billed at the appropriate individual rate stipulated in this article.
Any charge due hereunder which is not paid when due will subject the user to discontinuance
of all utility services provided by the City of Eagle Pass, including water, wastewater,
and solid waste services.
