§ 27-205. Determination of annual cost.

The total cost of operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing existing facilities of the stormwater drainage utility fund shall be determined on an annual basis by the director of public works. This annual cost shall be presented to the city council for adoption as part of the annual budget process.
