§ 27-209. Dedication of assets to stormwater drainage utility system.

Existing stormwater drainage utility facilities, municipal real, personal or mixed property, materials and supplies are incorporated in the stormwater drainage utility as permitted by section 402.046 of the Texas Local Government Code.
