§ 2-9. Requests submitted under the Public Information Act; costs and charges.

The City Council of the City of Eagle Pass hereby adopts the rules and regulations prescribed by the General Services Commission under Sub-Chapter C, Chapter 111 of the Texas Administrative Code, related to the costs and charges involved in complying with requests submitted under the Public Information Act, as they may be from time to time amended.
