§ 2-129. Created; appointment of director; divisions.

There is hereby created a department of parks and recreation for the city. The department shall be headed by a director who shall be appointed by the city manager and shall consist of the following divisions:
(1)

Parks maintenance division.

(2)

Grounds maintenance division.

(3)

Buildings maintenance division.

(4)

Recreation programming division.
