§ 2-185. Disposition of material ordered destroyed.

All material ordered destroyed as evidence in any pending case shall be destroyed in the presence of the purchasing agent and one (1) police officer. The purchasing agent shall make a written report to the city manager describing the items destroyed together with relevant case numbers, make, model, type and serial numbers of the property destroyed, if available, together with the time, date, place and manner of destruction.
