§ 2-251. Creation; purpose.

A youth commission is hereby created for the city. The goals and objectives of the commission will be to respond to current situations affecting young persons, and to develop solutions for problems to be presented to the mayor and city council members. The youth commission will further work toward unifying the youth of the city into a positive force for the good of the community.
