§ 2-262. Citizens review committee.

There is hereby established a citizens review committee ("CRC") to consist of five (5) members. Each council member shall appoint one (1) of these five (5) members and approved by a majority of the city council, and their appointments and terms of office shall be set by subsequent resolution.
