§ 2-284. Procedure.

The procedures of the parks and recreation advisory board are set out below:

(1)

Meetings.

a.

Regular meetings. The parks and recreation advisory board shall meet at least once a month on a day to be selected by the board.

b.

Special meetings. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson or by three (3) members of the board if they submit a written request to the chairperson or vice-chairperson of the board.

(2)

Voting. All questions presented for vote of the advisory board shall be decided by a simple majority of those voting members present. Only those voting members present can vote.
