§ 8-31. Prevalence of code.

Latest version.

Any matters in said code which are contrary to existing ordinances of Eagle Pass shall prevail and any existing ordinances in effect at the present time are hereby repealed and to that extent any existing ordinances to the contrary are hereby repealed in that respect only.
