Ord. No. 2012-12, adopted May 1, 2012, adopted the 2012 edition of the International Mechanical Code (IMC) as set out in § 8-15. Inclusion herein as superseding former § 8-45 was at the editor's discretion. The former § 8-45 pertained to adoption of the International Mechanical Code, Chapter 1302 of Title 8 of the Texas Occupations Code, and Chapter 75 of the Texas Administrative Code, and derived from Ord.
