§ 8-47. Designation of officials.

Within said codes or statute, when reference is made to the duties of a certain official named therein, that designated official of the City of Eagle Pass who has duties corresponding to those named officials in said codes shall be deemed to be the responsible official insofar as enforcing the provisions of said codes or statute are concerned.
