§ 8-50. Bond.

Each person, before receiving a certificate of registration as air conditioning and refrigeration contractor or renewal as provided in this chapter, shall make, execute and deliver to the City of Eagle Pass Building Department a corporate surety bond in the principal amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) payable to the City of Eagle Pass for review by the city attorney and upon compliance with the provisions and regulations of this article, codes and statute herein adopted for work within the city. Such bond shall be executed and such liability insurance shall be submitted to the building department on a yearly basis.
