§ 8-94. Survey required for sale or lease by or to the city.

The building official of the City of Eagle Pass shall cause to be performed an asbestos survey on both residential buildings and commercial buildings under either of the following events, to wit:
(1)

Prior to the sale or lease of any such building by the City of Eagle Pass to any person; and

(2)

Prior to the sale or lease of any building by any person to the City of Eagle Pass.
