§ 8-95. Exemption for prior satisfactory survey.

An asbestos survey shall not be required under sections 8-92—8-94 if the residential building or commercial building to be sold or leased has been previously surveyed and satisfactory evidence of such survey is provided to or in the possession of the building official.
