§ 8-96. Survey by licensee; cost.

An asbestos survey required in this article shall be conducted by an individual licensed by the state to do an asbestos survey. The cost of the asbestos survey under sections 8-92 and 8-93 shall be borne by the person seeking the permit. The cost of the asbestos survey under section 8-94 shall be borne by the seller or lessor.
