§ 12-103. Temporary connections.

Nothing herein contained shall prohibit the restoration on a temporary basis of electrical service under emergency conditions before the obtaining of a permit when approval of such work is obtained from the electrical inspector prior to the commencing of the work and inspection of such work is done as provided herein. In such cases a permit shall be obtained immediately for such work, but in no case to exceed forty-eight (48) hours from such installation.
