§ 12-104. Starting work without permit.

The electrical inspector is empowered to stop at once electrical work which has been begun without a permit having been secured in violation of the provisions of this article, and to order any and all persons engaged therein to stop and desist therefrom until permits are secured. Such action shall not defer any other penalties which may be imposed for the violation of the provisions of this chapter.
