§ 12-105. Responsibility of owner, occupant, etc.

The owner, agent, and/or lessee of the building or structure wherein or whereon any work is being, or to be, done under the provisions of this chapter shall determine that electrical permits are obtained as provided herein, by a properly licensed person, before work is started, for all electrical work performed on the premises, and shall be subject to the penalties provided fro the violation of this chapter for failure to do so.
