§ 12-113. Permits for lighting maintenance contractors.

Any person licensed as a lighting maintenance contractor shall make application for a permit at the office of the electrical inspector. The permit shall be issued in lieu of specific permits for individual locations, however, the electrical inspector shall be furnished, in writing, the address of each location where lighting maintenance work is to be done before the work is commenced. If the work is not done in compliance with the requirements of this chapter, the electrical inspector may suspend all rights conveyed by the permit until such time as all deficiencies have been corrected. Notice of such suspension shall be in writing and addressed to the person to whom the permit was issued.
