§ 13-2. Arson reward—Authorized.

There is hereby fixed and authorized payment of the cash amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for the arrest and conviction of any person or persons found guilty of committing the crime of arson, as such offense is defined by the Texas Penal Code, at any place within the corporate limits of the city.
