§ 23-14. Validation by the city council.

(a)

No action of the planning and zoning commission, taken under the provisions of this chapter, shall be valid until such action has been ratified and validated by a majority vote of the members of the city council qualified and serving, at a meeting of said council called and held in accordance with the Open Meeting Law of the State of Texas, except as provided in section 23-48 of this chapter.
