§ 27-45. Permits required for connection to sanitary sewer lines.

  • (a)

    Inside corporate limits. Each person required by section 27-40 of this Code to connect a structure or structures to a public sanitary sewer line shall first obtain such permits as are required elsewhere within the Code.

    (b)

    Outside corporate limits. Each person who owns or constructs or who will own or construct a structure or structures outside the corporate limits of the city that may be served by existing public sanitary sewer lines of the city shall obtain the required permits in the same manner and fashion as though the structure or structures were within the corporate limits of the city.
