§ 27-49. Penalties for violation of sections 27-45 through 27-48.

(a)

Any person who violates the provisions of sections 27-45 through 27-48 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each act of violation.

(b)

In addition to proceeding under the authority of paragraph (a) above, the city is entitled to pursue all other criminal and civil remedies to which it is entitled under the authority of statutes or other ordinances against a person who violates the provisions of the above sections.
