§ 27-48. Requirement of obtaining city water service.

Each person living inside or outside the corporate limits of the city who meets the terms and conditions of this ordinance [Ordinance No. 81-31] shall as an additional requirement obtain city water service in the manner prescribed by this Code and the rules of the waterworks system.
