§ 27-203. Application.

Fees for the use of the stormwater drainage utility fund shall apply to all developed lots or parcels of land within the city, including those classified as governmental, nonprofit or tax-exempt for ad valorem tax purposes, except any tract or parcel of land owned by the City of Eagle Pass. Fees imposed by this article shall not be levied against undeveloped parcels that have not been altered from their natural state.
