§ 2-1. Time and place of council meeting; meetings to be public.

The regular meeting of the city council shall be held at 5:30 p.m., Central Standard Time, on the first Tuesday of each calendar month. The meetings shall be held in the City Hall, 100 South Monroe Street, Eagle Pass, Maverick County, Texas, and shall be open to the public.
